The amount of minutes you have left on your account depends on the destination you are calling. When making a call, the voice prompt will tell you how many minutes you have for the call.
How will I know when my balance is low?
You can check your balance online anytime. However, if you have only 1 minute left on your account. DURING a call, you will hear a "beep" tone. If you have insufficient credit to make a call, you will not be able to dial the number.
Why is there a long delay before my call is connected?
Routing international calls can sometimes be a challenge. When one route fails, netvoicelink automatically changes your calls route to a "back-up" provider. The delay is typically associated with that switch over. However, you are not being billed for that delay; to confirm just look at your call history
